Derek was the beneficiary of hands on technical training and mentorship early on his career and spent the last ten years doing hands on customized mentorship and training with up and coming producers to seasoned customer service staff. His ability to bring practical knowledge using real life client scenarios is designed to accelerate learning and bring the types of skills that are not taught in traditional continuing education classes.
